Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator position exists to provide support in a residential setting for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Program Coordinator assists the Program Director in providing support consistent with agency vision and mission. This includes, but is not limited to: direct care of individuals in the home; documentation to include clinical data sheets, reports and data collection; dispensing, checking, reordering medications; maintaining household supplies and grocery shopping; managing and tracking personal spending accounts; implementing teaching strategies; community outreach and networking; providing transportation; establishing effective relationships with all persons affiliated with the house.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent and at least two years work experience in a human services setting/residential program; experience working with people with developmental disabilities is required. Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; understand, develop and implement learning objectives; basic household management skills; be physically able to lift and participate in physical activities of daily living; ability to pass child abuse, State Police and FBI clearances; possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive; have access to a privately maintained vehicle; and operate an agency vehicle when required.

Two FT positions available-one located in Wilmington, DE and one located in Bear, DE. Position works at least 40 hours/week; schedules can vary according to program needs. Salary is $11-12/hour
