Accountable for coordination of palliative care clinic operations with specific emphasis to be placed on patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction, co-worker satisfaction, business growth and development, and quality. Responsible for building a team for palliative care (case management, spiritual, ethics, etc.). In partnership with Clinic Manager or Executive Director, responsible for strategic operations and initiatives within Mercy Clinic. Responsible for market development and community relations, patient safety, risk management and compliance. May serve on system wide committees and task forces as assigned.

Will directly report to the Clinic Manager or Executive Director, with indirect reporting relationship to Medical Director and other Mercy Leadership.
Responsible for assisting with the budget and held accountable for meeting or exceeding budgets.
Oversees day to day operations for palliative care clinic (either outpatient or in patients).

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Associates Degree
Licensure: RN or LPN
Experience: 3-5 years in clinic or hospital setting
Other Skills: Marketing program.
Program coordination between clinic and hospital departments.
Coordination between case managers, spiritual care and ethics.
Knowledge and proficiency in us of electronic medical record
