& Minimum Requirements:
Program Development Coordinator, Executive Degree Programs
Executive Education is in the process of expanding our degree programs offerings in a major way. This position will report to the Director of Program Development for Executive Degree Programs. Specifically, the incumbent will interact with the Director of Program Development to assist with new degree program growth within Executive Education. The position will be responsible for assistance with development of new degree programs and the logistics to hand-off the newly developed programs to degree program management for implementation. The incumbent will work closely with the program managers, faculty, staff and other university officials to help understand and create processes for new degree programs, including course planning, student registration, marketing, student billing and payment of fees, financial aid, and other areas as appropriate.
Bachelor’s Degree required
3+ years of experience in higher education environment
Strong project management, follow up, and follow through skills
Ability to drive action and keep timelines on track
Demonstrated success in managing details and concurrent projects
Outstanding interpersonal skills, client service skills, and positive attitude
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as necessary
MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint; database management and learning management system knowledge. Distance education knowledge a plus.
