Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Relationship Management

o Master and maintain a vast knowledge of clients’ competitive landscapes

o Monitor and communicate internally (and externally, as appropriate) news and/or trends related to client(s)

o Serve as primary point of contact for client(s)

o Maintain a regular meeting schedule with client(s) to discuss program progress and identify opportunities for improvement (face to face at least twice each year)

o Meet with program end users, either via conference call or in person (sales, relationship development or customer support visits)

o Manage a client “relationship tree,” ensuring that relationships are maintained with at least three contacts on the client side at all times, and that no fewer than three Multi Service representatives have relationships within client organization(s)

· Sales and Growth

o Achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals each fiscal year

o Work with client(s) to develop strategic growth plans targeting opportunities for increased program revenue for the client and MSC

o Lead day-to-day management and optimization of program growth plans

o Attend and/or lead conference calls with client sales teams at least monthly to discuss prospects

o Develop presentations as needed (for end user training, conferences, internal updates, etc.)

· Contract Management

o Act as keeper of program contract(s)

§ Facilitate renewals/re-negotiations

§ Draft and manage contract amendments

§ Monitor contract compliance

· Program Management

o Lead day-to-day management and optimization of program(s)

o Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a list of client requests (and their statuses and priorities)

o Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and obtain approval

o Collaborate with internal teams to provide program-related documentation

o Collaborate with internal teams to manage collateral inventory

o Collaborate with the client to create and distribute marketing materials related to the program(s)

o Collaborate with internal teams to track and report SLA compliance

o Communicate program enhancements (internally and externally)

o Review and approve monthly invoices to client(s)

· General

o Represent Multi Service professionally and appropriately in all situations

o Up to 15% travel (trips typically do not exceed 1-2 nights)

Qualifications:

·Four year degree strongly preferred

·Two to five years prior client/account management experience

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office
