Ke'aki Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Program Management Analyst . The position will be located at U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland supporting the Business Plans and Programs Office (BPPO) . The position requires US Citizenship, a favorable National Agency Check with Law and Credit Coverage (NACLC) submitted prior to reporting for first day of work, and a signed confidentiality agreement.

Manage project records in Oracle Projects, to include proj ect status, managerial costing, resources, and billing. Update and maintain documents in Oracle Collaboration Suite (OCS). Perform analyses and prepare reports including budgets, manpower, and other resources. Provide assistance to customers for t he budget tool, OCS and Oracle Projects. Assist in the development of the annual budget estimate build proc ess for USAMRIID. Coordinate work efforts and administrative support with the Chief, USAMRIID BPPO. Scan documents and file electronically in computer archive. Schedule meetings. Record and prepare minutes of meetings. Complete all trainings required by USAMRIID. Maintain a safe workplace and observe appropriate safety and occupational health rules and regulations and report any infractions of safety procedures to TOCOR.

M ust have a HS diploma and at least 7 years of experienc e; a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience is preferred. A person having combined study experience in the biological sciences and general business is preferred. The education requirement may be waived for individuals deemed to possess sufficient knowledge, skills and experience as evidenced by a suitable employment history. Experience using Oracle Projects is required. Experience using Oracle Collaboration Suite (OCS) is preferred. Must be knowledgeable in the following Windows based software applications: MS word, MS Excel, MS A ccess, MS Outlook. Must have experience in cost analysis principles and activity based costing. Preferred experience would include methodologies used in the Department of Defense (DoD) resource allocation process (planning, programming, budgeting, execution system (PPBES). Must be able to type 45 words per minute.
