Program Management and Governance Specialists provide program level support to mission-critical Government projects to meet homeland security mission needs. Responsibilities may include:
Coordinate and collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
Provide ongoing support for IT and other performance-related activities
Support execution of organizational change strategies, including training and communications planning
Develop briefings and strategic communication mechanisms
Experience in program management and governance (Mid-Level Specialists: at least 3-4 years; Senior-Level Specialists: at least 6-7 years)
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Additional Preferred Skills:
Experience in a management consulting or similar environment
Experience on large government transformation programs
