The Program Manager, Content Partners will be responsible for defining programs, growing community and ecosystem, and going-to-market with content partners that complement Saba’s cloud-based learning management, talent management and social enterprise solutions, enabling organizations to build transformative workplaces.

The Content Partner Program Manager will play a critical role in executing Saba’s partnering strategy and reports to VP, Global Complementary Partners
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Overall program management responsibility for the development and on-going support of Saba’s Content Partner Ecosystem of over 100 partners.
Drive project plans to execute, launch and manage low-touch programs to build scale, automation and reach. Work collaboratively with regional alliance managers to ensure global execution.
Drive and execute end-to-end partner programs that supports the partner lifecycle including recruitment, go-to-market efforts, joint lead generation campaigns, and event sponsorships
Source partners with relevant thought leadership for joint webinars to promote business and vertical solutions.
Design and execute “market-to” and enablement programs to increase Saba’s presence and influence with content partners, with the goal of increasing partner adoption of Saba’s products and recommendation of Saba to prospects.
Enable Saba sales to understand what content partners can bring during sales cycles and to ensure customer success.
Promote content partners to customers and drive vibrancy of the Content Partner site in Saba’s online customer community.
Drive cross-organizational alignment, working in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Support, Cloud Operations, and Alliances in meeting overall program goals and metrics.
Analyze untapped market opportunities, assess partner capabilities, and develop strategies and business cases to drive new partnering models such as content marketplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong project management skills
Ability to drive initiatives across functions and establish strong working relationships both inside and outside the company
Experience in scaling partner ecosystems, developer communities, and/or on-line communities preferred
Management consulting and marketing experience with leading companies preferred
High level strategic thinking and hands-on ability to implement
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
