Responsibilities
• Manage complex projects across all digital business functions from sales, ad ops and finance
• Directly work with digital business leads to translate business needs and processes into system requirements
• Demonstrate digital expertise to guide best practice adoption and leverage systems functionalities in effort to introduce business efficiencies
• Support daily business operations by acting as expert to guide both sales planners and ops on how to operationalize and execute day-to-day business activities
• Systems support –Act as liaison between the business and vendors to troubleshoot bugs/issues and develop workarounds in order sustain business operations
• Release Management – Responsible from start to finish for rolling out new system features by working with business leads to prioritize key enhancements, document business requirements, guide vendor development, test new systems functionality and ultimately implement new system features & processes
• Drive systems adoption – train, support and offer on-going solutions
• Develop and maintain core relationships throughout the organization through constant coordination with Pricing & Planning and Ad Operations teams
• Conduct detailed analyses to understand digital reporting needs – including sales order management, revenue management, pacing and inventory to drive data-based decision-making
• Process improvement across planning and account management to drive efficiencies, improved analytics & documentation

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5 years in the digital media sales and operations industry
• Working knowledge within pricing & planning, sales fulfillment, order optimization, inventory, ad operations/trafficking, finance, billing and reconciliation across the digital media landscape
• Proven track record of project execution and systems implementations
• Understands order management and ad server technologies across display, video and mobile systems – specific systems expertise in SFDC, Operative, Dashboard
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a media company, agency, sales organization, pricing and planning or operations groups
• Project Management and business analyst skill sets
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to think strategically and creatively within Sales Systems
