Requirements:
Preferred: CPLP Certification through ASTD; 360 feedback assessments; DISC; MBTI; executive coaching 
Bachelor’s degree required 
Masters degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field preferred 
5+ years in leadership development with an emphasis on program management 
Model a flexible attitude and approach to achieving outcomes; able to adapt and shift gears against pace and context shifts, as well as navigate ambiguous, sometimes competing agendas 
Excellent relationship builder with highly collaborative and inclusive approach 
In-depth knowledge of adult learning methods and leadership theory 
Extensive content knowledge experience in management and leadership skill development and traditional leadership competencies 
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines 
Strong communicator who can simplify strategy into specific actions 
Excellent platform skills and the ability to educate diverse audiences 
Proven experience in applying instructional design methodology and materials development 
Experience and proven results with training evaluation methods 
Experience with 360-degree feedback, DISC and other assessment tools 
Experience with learning management systems 
Experience with eLearning technology including online training, webinars, social networking, blogging, wikis, etc. 
Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel); SharePoint.

Job Description:
The Program Manager, Leadership Development is a core member of the CHOP Leadership Institute managing a portfolio of programs and related activities for a target audience of 1000+ leaders. He/she will be responsible for building organization and leadership development capabilities through the design, delivery and evaluation of learning activities, tools and assessments aligned to the broader Talent Management Strategy and CHOP’s strategic priorities. These approaches will blend a variety of results-oriented learning experiences ranging from classroom-based sessions, online and virtual sessions, business-focused experiential learning projects, and coaching programs. The role also includes designing and implementing a robust Physician Leadership Development Strategy.
