The Program Manager, 3rd Party Publishing will be responsible for driving the execution of mobile and web game publishing projects, working directly with game developers as well as our internal teams. In this role, you will work to insure developer success on our platform, while constantly seeking ways to improve our process and efficiency over time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build and maintain project plans and schedules for Kabam's publishing projects, for both first and third party game developers.
Provide excellent customer service to game developers publishing on our platform, insuring they have access to the information, tools and technical support needed to integrate with our platform services and achieve a successful launch.
Work with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to insure game publishing projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
Provide input to improve developer documentation, APIs and workflows to optimize the publishing process.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of project/program management experience, including experience in the mobile app ecosystem, preferably in mobile games. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers on publishing mobile apps.
Hands-on experience with iOS and Android app publishing tools and processes.
Experience in development and publishing of browser-based social games is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in communicating with partners and with all levels of management, both internal and external.
Capacity to thrive in an ever-evolving startup environment.
Spoken fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese a plus.
Must be available to work on site at our offices in San Francisco, CA.
