Program Managers (Immigration) lead government projects in designing and delivering innovative, high quality solutions on time, within budget, and to meet homeland security mission needs. Projects are in the DC metro area.

Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years experience in program management related to consulting and/or information technology projects

At least 2 years of experience in immigration subject matter expertise

Experience with government projects

Experience managing all aspects of a project: Planning, estimating, managing, and reporting: risk, cost, schedule, and quality

Experience with Microsoft (MS) Project or similar project management tools

Strong writing skills

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis

Ability to develop point papers, briefing materials, and to make oral presentation of these materials to all levels of management

Ability to educate and inform senior management on various alternatives

Ability to provide clear leadership, technical direction and guidance to all levels

Ability to review, synthesize and prepare highly technical, sensitive and complex documents, briefing materials, management directives and correspondence

Experience conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations related to immigration

Master's degree required

U.S. citizenship

Top Secret clearance required

Additional Preferred skills:
PMP certification desired

Experience with large-tier consulting company

Expertise in homeland security, border security, or law enforcement

Active security clearance desired
