Program Manager, MedPro Technologies LLC

The Program Manager will manage and provide oversight for the personnel on various contracts. Duties include, but are not limited to: analysis (including data collection); program management; task management; managing/directing/controlling all aspects of the overall execution of various contracts, project and/or program execution, timelines, performance and budget. Interacts with clients; supervises staff; monitors and evaluates deliverables and ensures contract compliance. The Program Manager must maintain contact with the client and be responsive to contract requirements. Ensures compliance with Federal and State laws, applicable regulations and the highest ethical standards.

Must understand the importance of the team concept, detail oriented and have first-class leadership and motivational skills. She/he must be able to motivate and inspire outstanding work from team members. Works hard to ensure employees feel like part of the MedPro family. Researches and prepares responses to inquiries from contract employees and customers on a wide range of issues from contract terms to compliance with laws and regulations to HR issues and benefits. Approves HR actions, timesheets and leave requests.

Will be responsible to identify potential teaming opportunities; Develop new markets or clients; Provide marketing intelligence; Manage new contracts; Interact with contracting officials; Interact with clients; Prepare contract proposals; Prepares contract and HR documents.

The Program Manager must be an individual whose knowledge and skills are applicable to a wide variety of work settings and who is recognized as a subject matter expert. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Requires a high degree of creativity, critical thinking and initiative.

Develops management plans, document control procedures, and quality assurance/quality control documents. Prepares spend plans to project revenues and expenses. Reviews, corrects and approves invoices. Monitors cost, schedule and performance of contracts. Prepares burn rate reports to monitor contract execution. Prepares reports for upper management regarding contract status.
Assist in writing proposals.

Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being made toward specified program objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
Will provide Program Management Support to MedPro Technologies LLC; actively participate in strategic planning to improve organizational and program direction and focus; assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating program activities; review and evaluates program progress; assist and advise in the management and implementation of new programs; continually review the financial posture of programs, ensuring that programs meet budgetary constraints; monitor labor and project hours, financial records, and other business metrics; provide business development and marketing support.


Bachelors Degree from an Accredited College or University. Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Management or related degrees preferred. Experience may be considered in lieu of education. Must have experience with Navy personal service contracts. Military Management experience acceptable.

This position is contingent upon contract award.


The ideal candidate will have a 5 years of experience in a management position within an organization with responsibility for managing/directing/controlling all aspects of the overall execution of contract, project and/or program execution, timelines and performance.
