Our client is seeking a Program Manager in Northern Virginia.
On-site program manager responsible for planning, directing, and
scheduling the timely and successful completion of the program
tasks. The program manager will be the single point of contact
for the sponsor for all program tasks underway or planned for
this contract. Tasks include, but are not limited to, submitting
the monthly report in accordance with the sponsor's standardized
cost plus, level-of-effort reporting template, assigning personnel
to each task, maintaining an up-to-date status on each task,
obtaining personnel with appropriate skills for continuous and surge
supporting, and conducting reviews with the sponsors COTR. The
program manager will ensure continuity and uninterrupted support
that enables the sponsor organization to continue to deliver
high-quality products and systems to end users. The Program Manager
will manage the transition of contract efforts according to the
transition plan, and will meet weekly, as a minimum, with the COTR to
provide an updated status during that period.
REQUIRED CLEARANCE
- TS/SCI w/ Full-Scope Poly
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 6 years of relevant experience with a HS Diploma
- 4 years of relevant experience with a Associates Degree
- 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree
