Essential Job Functions
Serves as CSR’s primary interface with the 1 ROPS for new launch programs on the Eastern Launch and Test Range (ELTR)
Works with 45 SW/XP in preparing the draft Statement of Capability (SC) in response the launch customer’s Program Introduction (PI)
Works with Systems Analysis personnel in responding to capabilities analysis for new launch programs and assisting new Range customers in understanding the operational capabilities and limitations of ELTR systems
Responsible for meeting Contract Delivery Requirements List (CDRL) deadlines in accordance with the ERTS contract
Attends pre-PI, pre-PRD draft PRD, and other meetings related to the PI and SC
Provides weekly, biweekly, and monthly status reports
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree a plus
Six or more years of program, project, or related management experience
Technical experience in and understanding of Range operations and instrumentation capability with emphasis on telemetry and communications
Ability to perform independent research to provide input to the SC in response to the PI
Ability to work independently to determine priorities and meet established deadlines
Must be able to work under moderate to high pressure on occasion while retaining composure and professional demeanor
Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise, and accurate manner both orally and in writing
Valid U.S. driver's license required
Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance which requires U.S. citizenship or U.S. naturalization.
This position is assigned to Cape Canaveral Air Station.
