This individual is responsible for overseeing functionality design and support from a product perspective.
S/he is expected to be the primary leader in ensuring the companys business and technology
solutions/ support services and technology vendor partnerships are capable of supporting our
clients' Part D initiatives today and into the foreseeable future. S/he will identify functionality and/or support
gaps and design a roadmap for addressing these gaps. The incumbent will be well versed in healthcare
system platforms (ideally MAPD & PDP systems), CMS requirements, industry trends, and
competitive intelligence regarding other vendor's Part D offerings and will utilize this knowledge in
driving strategic direction for the companys program offerings. S/he will build collaborative relationships with the internal and external functional leaders including IT, QA, Operations, Compliance,
Training and Sales to ensure excellence in technology readiness and support. S/he will manage
cross-functional tasks to ensure Products are operationally ready prior to deployment by driving the
establishment of SOPs, Policies and Procedures (P &P), Process Flows, Checklist, and Training
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience in Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of healthcare implementation and business to business client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of a healthcare environment. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio required.
