RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and coordinate all aspects of IGT Systems Integration Program Management Office programs from inception to implementation across multiple departments. Develop and document descriptions of assigned programs/projects/products and may write and maintain technical specifications. Support the coordination of the activities of multi-disciplinary teams in the achievement of objectives and outcomes. Facilitate the flow of information among team members and lead the removal of barriers and roadblocks. Develop and submit for approval budgets and schedules and report on performance from baseline through closure. Participate in identifying, evaluating and selecting or recommending the selection of program resources. Develop, track and report on program progress, resource, staff, assets and schedules and status metrics. Review the delivered results and the team’s performance, and adapt as necessary. Help develop a feature based release, milestone, and iteration plan to deliver on the vision.

QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
· PMP certification preferred
· Must be motivated to acquire PMP within a year of being hired and potentially PgMP within 3 years of hire date.
· 6+ years’ experience managing the delivery of integrated IT system solutions across organizations and leading multiple cross functional departments.
· 10+ years’ experience in IT Industry.
· 3+ years leading external IT customer facing projects.
· 1+ years program management experience.
· The experience and ability to lead in depth high complex cross functional IT solution deliveries / recognizes & understands complex Issues, yet, can explain them in a concise and easy to understandable way.
· Resourceful and takes the initiative to establish and maintain the types of stakeholder working relationships required to drive program management and SDLC processes simultaneously.
· Basic knowledge of the gaming industry and can leverage knowledge to identify needs and opportunities and develop in depth solutions.
· Must be able to convert current technologies into meaningful, understandable product solutions that are actionable.
· Must be experienced in leading engineering disciplines such as software, mechanical and electrical as well as project and program management techniques and methods.
· In depth experience utilizing industry best practices and tools such as baseline of scope, cost and schedule processes, change management and establishment and maintenance of Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) through testing phase of programs is a plus.
· Must work well with others in a global environment that has limited structure and contribute to its evolving makeup.
· Must have the ability to remain composed under high pressure, be assertive yet bring people together to see solutions through.
· Must have good communication, written and oral skills.
· Must be able to travel internationally and domestically (20-30%).
· Must be available to communicate with others in different time zones.
· Must be able to obtain a gaming card in different justifications.
