A Program Manager successfully manages programs to profitability from early design or manufacturing stages to end of life stages by coordinating team activities and deliverables.
A Program Manager leads to efforts to develop and execute project plans to support NPI product launch and sustain production through the continuous improvement of cost, quality, delivery, service and end-of-life services/support.

Key Performance Objectives
Short Term: (0 to 6 months)
In conjunction with the Business Manager, learn about the customers within the CFT and the interactions that are required to conduct business.
Be the lead for all activities within the CFT to include directing other members of the CFT in regards to tasks.
Facilitate PPV and Excess issues to resolution.
Lead customer meetings. Midterm: (6 to 18 months)
Able to handle multiple accounts as required within the same Kimball market segment (Automotive, Industrial, Medical, Public Safety) .
Obtain a minimum of a Green Belt Certification in the plant.
Longer Term: ( >18 months)
Ability to move across market segments at Kimball (Automotive, Industrial, Medical, Public Safety) based on business requirements.
