Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the customer experience within the company. This position will require management of customer expectations, communication of expectations throughout the company as well as communication of the company capabilities, recommendations and strategic initiatives to the customer. This position will be responsible for establishing a strategic direction and plan for the customer for account growth within the company. In addition, management of contracts of assigned accounts in order to achieve overall customer satisfaction and support the company and customer objectives. This includes, but is not limited to strategic account management and growth, issue resolution, managing financial performance, developing supply chain strategy, and managing solution design and pricing. Although job duties of Program Managers and Program Manager Seniors are similar, Program Manager Seniors are classified as such due to the scope of their responsibilities being greater in that they may have a higher number or assigned accounts or more complex client relationships than Program Managers.

Essential Functions:
Lead the development of effective growth strategies for the supply chain
Drive new account growth through effective solutions development
Build and improve strategic relationships with client senior management
Ensure annual profit, efficiency, and quality goals are attained at each client engagement
Develop long and short-range plans and goals for the organization
Direct capital expenditure and asset deployment activities
Manage Account Driven Initiatives
Align organization to embody Menlo Worldwide Values
  • Ensure customer contractual obligations are met / contract compliance
  • VOC/VOM KPI'S are meaningful, aligned and achieved regularly
  • A/R collections, within stated company standards / working capital/DSO
  • Sustain LEAN culture
  • Promote and improve a diverse work environment
Scope and Accountability:
Applies broad knowledge to act as a key contributor on complex or critical assignments; contributes to the standards around which others will operate and acts as an advisor/coach to mentor other team members. Develops solutions and execution strategies in complicated or novel situations. Impacts the business by influencing decisions through advice, counsel or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.

Qualification Requirements:
Knowledge: . Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Proven Logistics Industry/Supply Chain Management Knowledge
Financial acumen
Superior knowledge of Vertical Supply Chain
Strategic Thinking ability, proven implementation results
Superior Customer Relationship management skills
In depth knowledge of Supply Chain systems and Menlo Worldwide Information Technology capabilities
Strong written and oral communications skills.
Project management skills and experience.

Experience: 8 or more years of professional experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: The duties of this job are performed in both an office environment and a light industrial environment, thereby experiencing some minor to moderate level of noise due to office equipment and industrial equipment.
