Duties: Program Management duties include and are not limited to the following, as required:
? Life cycle management for PM CCS assigned programs
? Review and coordination with PM CCS management of program documentation for Milestone and In-Process Reviews (IPR)
? Configuration Management Plans
? Baseline Cost and/or Life Cycle Cost Estimates
? Human System Integration (HSI) assessment
? Acquisition Plans
? Risk Assessments
? System Training Plans
? Analysis of program system components during all phases of the program's life cycle
Education and General Experience: Should have a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. A graduate degree is also desired in a technical discipline, but not required. Program Management personnel shall be familiar with Army regulations and the DoD 5000 series and requirements for effective life cycle management of government programs.
Should have at least 10 - 15 years general experience with program management services used to manage program resources for government programs or similar programs relevant to the PM CCS programs identified in section 1.0 of the Statement of Work (SOW). General experience should consist of leading government project or program efforts in Research and Development (R&D) or production related to Weapon System Materiel and ammunition acquisition.
