ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Program Manager is a Charlottesville, VA based asset responsible for management of Contractor personnel, logistics, support, and other program management responsibilities. The Program Manager shall be responsible to the Government Contracting Officer and/or their designated Representative. The PM shall provide reports and updates at the request of the Contracting Officer and/or their designated Representative. The PM will have access to the NGIC, but shall maintain an office in the Charlottesville VA area for daily operations. Contractor employees filling this position shall be considered key personnel.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
The Program Manager will possess 10 years of experience working in a government environment as either a government or contract employee, and at least three years management experience including leading large, complex projects of $100M per year. Candidates will possess certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Government Program Manager Certification Level II or equivalent civilian certification.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The preferred candidate will possess a Government Program Manager Certification Level III.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Current TS/SCI clearance.
