Responsible for management and oversight of DoD IT program providing 24/7/365 support and IT services to worldwide DoD Operations Centers supporting over 300,000 users.
Collaborates with leadership to establish processes procedures that support Application Development/Support, Data Center Operations, Data Analysis/Management, Database Administration, System Administration, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering, etc.
Oversees the migration of Data Centers and over 50 enterprise systems. Develops strategic plan, Service Level Agreements, and complex migration efforts with data centers. Conducts risk analysis and establishes communication plans. Develops detailed migration plans and provides status briefs to leadership.
Supports management in implementation of initiatives for programs and development of the enterprise configuration management policies.
Deck migration experience, Milcloud understanding a plus.
Extensive experience in increasingly senior roles with oversight over planning, technical design, technology/systems integration, implementation, and sustainment of IT programs within the DoD and/or Civilian Government Agencies.
Proactive leader with experience directing large organizations supporting multiple IT contracts.
Customer-centric manager that provides leadership and achieves superior performance to exceed client goals.
Excellent communication skills.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
DoD Secret Security Clearance.
ITIL Foundation Certification
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
