Provide program management for Sikorsky Colombia, including:
(a2 Direct the development of the overall schedule, implementation plan, and budget spending
(a2 Develop an effective and motivated team, with appropriate staffing level, skills and operational capacity
(a2 Drive the day-to-day delivery activities
(a2 Manage weekly meetings in order to review progress of the teams
(a2 Resolve major issues delays, resource shortages, budget shortages, etc.; escalate issues to GM if needed
(a2 Coordinate activities and communication between teams, and GM
(a2 Scrutinize and approve changes in work plans and schedules based on the issues faced by the teams; reconcile schedule barriers and delays
(a2 Ensure that all standard processes and guidelines are implemented throughout the organization
(a2 Ensure that all objectives and deadlines are met
(a2 Report progress on a regular basis to the GM
(a2 Ensure that progress is clearly and regularly communicated by reporting progress periodically and coordinating with counterparts
(a2 Resolve internal management issues and escalate to GM if needed
(a2 Drive long-term projects and strategic initiatives; coordinate with the required departments
(a2 Direct short and long term planning, annual budget development and investment plans to support strategic business goals
(a2 Direct main base, air bases, supply chain and engineering operations to meet cost budget and other financial goals

(a2 Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies and procedures including the required quality and safety standards for the Sikorsky Colombia maintenance and logistics operations (in coordination with the Quality Manager)
(a2 Lead business operations and drive implementation of all targets and KPIs
(a2 Ensure that customer orientation and customer awareness are principles that the Sikorsky Colombia environment lives by
(a2 Coordinate with Sikorsky Colombia departments to ensure cooperation and good relations throughout the implementation of projects and programs
(a2 Ensure that a system is in place to effectively monitor customer satisfaction and follow up complaints
BA/BS degree in business or engineering w/6 (`310+ years experience
Prefer Master's Degree in business or technical discipline
Experience and proven performance managing complex programs in Colombia
Minimum 10 years of experience in managing aviation maintenance organizations
Proven track record in managing international aerospace suppliers and manufacturers
Preferable experience with different aircraft platforms (i.e. fixed wing and rotary wing)
This position is located in Bogota, Colombia.
Must be legally authorized to work in Columbia.
