We are seeking a Full-time Program Manager. The individual in this position will provide administrative coordination for program contracts and aggressively seeks growth and expansion in local market(s) through relationships with key stakeholders. He/She will provide clinical coordination for regional services, individual, family and group counseling, and individual supervision of all staff as assigned. Oversee Diagnostic Assessment, treatment plan development, attend treatment team meetings and any other meetings on behalf of the client. Review and sign off on all paperwork generated by the Treatment Coordinators and Treatment Advocates. He or she will supervise a clinical team of multi-professionals and trains and supports team members in development and daily management of the Atlanta Region CANEI Program. You must have a Master's degree in social work AND be a Georgia Licensed Social Worker AND have a minimum of two years experience in youth services. Previous supervisory experience with youth being served through the child welfare and/or juvenile justice system is preferred.
Additional Requirement: Must demonstrate a strong desire to lead in times of crisis situations. Must demonstrate a sincere commitment and ability to advocate for troubled youth. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, required insurance and a good driving record. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed; and some travel.
