Position Overview
We are looking for a Program Manager to drive successful implementations of our enterprise software. This individual will play a critical role in managing overall implementation success, and developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall implementation of Vendavo enterprise software

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at project and executive levels

Drive strategic goals, oversee technical and functional specifications, and generate and maintain detailed implementation plans

Responsible for overall project budget and project profitability

Manage and regularly review overall program timeline, status, milestones and risks

Lead cross functional virtual teams and associated work streams during the implementation

Coordinate activities across other areas that may impact the program

Provide governance structure and work with teams to monitor/drive stakeholder management and communications

Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in business, Management Information Systems or related field

10 years of project/program management experience in enterprise software implementations

Large-scale enterprise software implementation and project management experience on deployments which span multiple customer business units and are multi-divisional

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong relationship building skills

Ability to interact with executives and project teams

Strong working knowledge of software Implementation methodologies

Knowledge of project management software tools such as Microsoft Project

Ability to manage project budget and project profitability

Demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application problems

Pricing experience not required but desirable

Travel requirement is about 50-80% weekly in the United States (occasional international travel may be required)
