CSG is currently seeking a high energy process and customer service driven team leader to manage the Program Operations team for the Massachusetts based RCS program. This leader will partner closely with the existing program management leadership team to continue to support the clients and customer needs while at the same time developing a staff of over 15 employees. They will work closely with staff in processing customer contracts and rebates, establish high levels of customer service, provide financial oversight on customer and contractor transactions for handoff to Finance & Accounting, and serve as a point of contact for other program initiatives. The Program Operations Manager will also work with other CSG central service teams in developing and implementing solutions to improve the overall operational job functions.
This will be achieved by facilitating and participating in internal work sessions with staff, having a clear understanding of back office process workflows, previous experience with financial oversight, and the ability to analyze business processes and procedures to set proper benchmarks.
The Program Operations Manager will lead the continuing strategic development of the back office operating model, and help validate proposed ideas/plans prior to implementation.
Lead and develop a staff of over 15 in the day to day operations of the following functional areas; processing of contracts and rebates, customer service, contractor invoicing, financial controls, and overall support of various other program initiatives.
Manage the overall workflow entering the back office and to make certain proper coverage is in place as well as cross training employees to ensure all job functions are completed in a timely manner.
Dedicated focus on customer service and provide issue resolution for any complications that may arise with customers.
Keen financial oversight of all transactions involving receipt and payment to customers and contractors.
Manages staff in the delivery of services to the clients and customers according to the client contract.
Collaborate with program management staff to meet client program information and reporting needs.
Establish benchmarks for the Program Operations team and assist in the development of the processes and reports to quantify and track those measures.
Communicate and act as the day to day liaison with other program managers and CSG central service teams to develop process and system improvements.
Develops goals, measures and evaluates performance of staff and provides feedback.
Maintain and reinforce a positive attitude within the team.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years experience.
3-5 years experience managing a staff.
Excellent customer service, organizational and communications skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline driven environment.
Focus on staff development through ongoing training, coaching and mentoring
Ability to work in a group environment, balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
