The Digital Media team is responsible for building and supporting all features and functionality of the company website. Working in concert with other stakeholders, this position is responsible for supporting the operations of the fan loyalty and rewards program.
¿ Execute operational aspects of the Rewards program
¿ Work closely with stakeholders including editorial team, Marketing, Sales and Sponsorship, and others to generate content programming schedule
¿ Implement content strategy and manage day-to-day operations of content programming
¿ Execute prizing strategy including the management of prizing inventory and fulfillment
¿ Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition teams on the development and execution of marketing plans
¿ Assist in maintaining and supporting currently deployed products and features
¿ Support Customer Service team in resolving issues related to the program.
¿ Develop and track key metrics for operational aspects of the program
¿ Work with technical teams, including internal and vendor teams, to expand aspects of the program
¿ Work closely with business stakeholders to increase feature-based and sponsorship monetization opportunities
¿ Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies, and be prepared to apply them quickly
¿ Brainstorm and contribute innovative next-generation loyalty and reward program ideas and opportunities
¿ The candidate should have a BS, BA or advanced degree in marketing, communications or related field, or relevant work experience.
¿ Background in the building and operating of web-based marketing or loyalty programs.
¿ At least 2 years of experience in the digital media or e-commerce field.
¿ Detailed oriented individual who likes getting their hands dirty in executing for success.
¿ Highly analytical person who gets excited by the power of data
¿ Demonstrated ability to work on a diverse scope of projects requiring detailed analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment.
¿ Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
¿ Demonstrated ability to deliver aggressive KPIs in defined timeframes.
¿ Self-starter who can work effectively in matrixed organization (product, engineering, QA, design, marketing, project management, etc.).
