This position assists the Director with the marketing and administrative functions of the campus center.

Position Responsibilities:
Create and market materials for the campus center
Register students and assist in data entry
Assist in academic advising of students, graduation planning and preparations
Assist with all administrative functions such as cashiering, answering phones, scanning, and mailing
Assist with proctored online exams

Position Requirements:
Associates degree or 2 years college (60 hours)
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of common office equipment, including fax machine, copy machine and scanning station
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel
