Special Missions and Technologies (SMT) provides innovative solutions that address current complex problems for U.S. intelligence and operational commands. Advanced technologies, integrated systems, and tradecraft are developed and employed for a broad spectrum of special missions as well as support capabilities for globally deployed operations.

The successful candidate will support several Raytheon IIS programs by actively managing a vigorous staffing effort. This effort will be supported by an interactive portal which will capture/document all potential candidates. The Program Staffing Manager will ensure coordination of all recruitment efforts by internal and external elements.

The successful candidate will partner with Raytheon’s Talent Acquisition group, representing SMT programs as needed by attending job fairs, interviewing candidates and ensuring contact is maintained with candidates of interest during the recruiting process. This would include candidates being asked to sign a Letter of Intent or Contingent offer of employment to satisfy proposal requirements. Position requires working closely with Raytheon Talent Acquisition, other hiring managers and SMT project managers.

Position requires occasional local travel within the Washington Metropolitan Area.

Required Skills: · 8+ years applicable management experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) and Staffing Teams
· Experience managing recruiting teams.
· Active Top Secret /SCI clearance with Polygraph
· Experience staffing large IT programs
· Experience recruiting and hiring talented individuals to fill positions within the IC.
· Knowledge of and experience with classified customer
Desired Skills: · Knowledgeable about the use of portals to support staffing of a major contract with candidates.
· Demonstrated understanding of clearance process.
· Knowledge of the limitations and documentation involved in hiring a prior government employee.
· Knowledge of the Intelligence Community.
Required Education (including Major): · Bachelor’s degree.
· Experience may substitute for education (BS degree = 8 yrs of additional applicable experience).
