Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Supervisor performs a variety of duties related to the overall management of the Outreach Program at Newark International Airport. The Program Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all clinical services, including programming, staffing patterns and case records -- meet professional standards as outlined in the Urban Pathways’ Operations and Clinical Policy and Procedures Manual and as required by DHS and regulations. She/he works with all other staff as part of a team.
MSW, or Master Degree in a related field, with a minimum of five years’ social service experience, preferably with mentally ill, formerly homeless people. Two years of supervisory experience. Excellent written, verbal and computer skills. Familiarity with on-line chart record data bases a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Must have a Valid NY/NJ/CT Driver's license. Must be able to work M-F 6a-2p.
