This is a Term Appointment NTE two (2) years from appointment.

As a Program Support Assistant (OA), you will:
Provide direct administrative and technical support to the CDOB and the CDOB Chief.
Plan and carry out career development and outreach focused initiatives, and multi-faceted administrative duties and reponsibilities.
Handle administrative/clerical aspects of CDOB including, but not limited to the following: prepare technical reports and charts; make meeting arrangements; perform data entry; maintain contact lists; prepare formal and informational correspondence; scan medical and scientific documents; prepare requisitions for the purchase of office supplies and miscellaneous items; maintain various tracking systems and control files; m ake travel arrangements for the office to include transportation, rental car, and hotel reservations.
Maintain the CDOB records and data storage software containing IRP fellows personnel assignments/changes and training progress; help to organize and summarize information related to trainees' activities and feedback regarding programs; and provide logistical and clerical support for NIAMS and NIH-wide meetings and functions.
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS- 6 level in the Federal service obtained in either the public or private sector. Examples of qualifying experience include: performing administrative support functions reference human resources, security, travel, training, files management, budget, supplies and inventory, property accountability, or space performance appraisals, and job descriptions.
