Provides logistical, analytical and program support for the GWD Structured Leadership Development and New to Chevron programs managed by the Leadership Development team and general administrative support to GWD team in a dual role as support specialist (60 percent) and administrative assistant (40 percent).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Provide extensive program support to management and stakeholders, including workshop management and logistics.
Manages SharePoint sites and Project plans for programs and events. Maintains the program files and records, including program materials, presentations, permissions, SharePoint and Web site materials.
Global scheduling and monitoring of GWD mailbox requests
Line Leader calendar, forecasting; communications to stakeholders and customers
Coordinates with Learning Operations Support Team to assist with any program and process changes impacting materials, scheduling, and logistics support for GWD Programs.
Effectively manage and prioritize work direction from multiple individuals in various locations globally
Superb ability to pay attention to details and accuracy
Act as a source of information, exercises judgment and demonstrate detailed knowledge of the business
Independently complete tasks by gathering, organizing and prioritizing
Logistical coordination with global partners
At least 3 years of experience in extensive long range planning with demonstrated experience in complex event planning and support in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Catering, conference room reservations, P-card reconciliation
Experience in complex event management or long range project planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to stay focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines while producing high quality work
Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to work independently to achieve accomplishments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related degree.
ARIBA and procurement experience, Service Orders, purchase orders
