This position serves as a bridge between Academic Affairs and Student Affairs to coordinate programs and events. Student academic and career success will be the result of coordinating grant sponsored programs such as the NSF STEP Grant living-learning communities and summer bridge programs, as well as Career Services job fairs, events, academic and career advising, and programming.

Minimum Qualifications

M.S degree or higher in counseling, higher ed administration or other relevant field Must have at least 5 years experience managing student support/student affairs programs. Must have experience managing career fairs or other large, complex events Must have working knowledge of academic program assessment. Must have career advising experience Must have success in writing and administering federally sponsored grants. Candidate must show evidence of excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in both Academic and Student Affairs. Experience teaching undergraduate courses. Experience administering summer bridge programs and/or living/learning communities.
