Manages the U.S. Fuels (USF) brand image activities including oversight of relationship with key image vendors, updating brand image standards, providing guidance on exception criteria and addressing brand image needs to help secure new business while protecting integrity of U.S. Fuels Brands. Work with image component suppliers to ensure product quality standards are maintained through vendor negotiations and oversight of the business relationship. Lead important image related projects as needed.

Responsibilities may include:
Manages the USF relationship with image suppliers to ensure compliance to standards are maintained through vendor negotiations and oversight of the business relationship

Manage the inventory of signs, image elements, and decals among the image vendors to minimize exposure to USF

Supervise the implementation phase of the new imaging process, Brand Image Central

Evaluate suppliers, recommend and update approved list of vendors as necessary and ensure their compliance with contractual agreements

Manage the debrand process

Manage the Brand Image Exception Process

Liaison with F&RA Fuels Technical Group and Brand Management as needed on performance issues and product testing for product quality claims

Project Manager on key image related projects working with outside resources to meet business needs

Resource to take on ad hoc Program requests as business needs arise

Resource to complete sales aids for certain marketing related elements


Legally authorized to work in the United States

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years Marketing Experience

Project Management: Has led at least one project or initiative where it was required to identify a critical path, perform multiple tasks and activities simultaneously, on time and on budget, giving strong attention to detail and accuracy

Marketing and Sales Acumen: Understands Marketing business and impact on sales results

Leadership: Ability to work independently and under time constraints

Teamwork: Ability to work cross-functionally, understands sales process and customer needs

Influencing Others: At least one year of direct experience making recommendations to management, including conflict resolution and the ability to lead both internal/external resources to achieve goals

Communication Skills: experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure common understanding to multiple levels of the organization. Strong presentation skills

Systems: 2+ years data analysis in Excel, experience with PC applications, MS office applications, and data management: able to gather and interpret data from separate systems

Negotiations skills: 1+ years of direct experience and/or demonstration of how business decisions have been influenced through negotiations
