Summary: The Project Accounting Specialist (PAS) operates under the supervision of the Accounts Receivable Department. The PAS interfaces with Project Management in processing and controlling all paperwork flow as it relates to construction and internal jobs. Essential Duties Responsibilities: Contract file setup. Job Cost file setup.

Estimate/Budget file import/updates. Customer/job specific/file setup. Close-out package processing. Extras job cost setup.

Change order contract setup/updates. Review billing processing. Job closeout processing/ inactivation processing. Change order processing.

Purchase order processing to ensure use of correct cost codes. Other projects and duties as assigned. Track change orders. Filing.

Reconcile Jobs. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED required, AA preferred. 0-2 years accounting experience. Construction industry experience preferred.

Must have demonstrated general knowledge and ability to work with MS Word and Excel.
