Duties are as follows:
- OVERALL - Providing operational & finance team financial support to Wood Group Kenny Americas Business Units with an emphasis on
- PROJECTS SET UP – Coordinating and processing project/job setups in Oracle ERP Accounting & Operation system including assigning job personnel, job tasks, invoicing milestones, budgets, and related items.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Monitoring and assisting in managing personnel bill rates, job tasks by project, opening & closing projects
- PROJECT ANALYSIS - Monitoring and analyzing project revenue and expenditures on approved budgets and baselines.
- SPECIAL PROJECTS - Various special projects across the Business Unit.
- OTHER - Support the Regional Controller covering routine analysis and special projects; On assigned projects / tasks as agreed with other Finance team members, Business Unit and Project Managers and Project Members.|
