Job Description:
WorleyParsons US Operations provide Engineering,
Procurement and Construction Management services across
our 24 US offices with outstanding health, safety and
environmental performance. To deliver these services,
WorleyParsons functions as the sole supplier, member of
a joint venture, a subcontractor, or a local contractor.
We also operate within formalized alliances,
partnerships, and consortiums. Our US Operations include
global centers of engineering expertise in refining,
sulphur technology, arctic developments, topsides,
subsea systems, deepwater facilities, nuclear power, and
renewable energy. These hubs support domestic customers
as well as the execution of mega-projects for
international customers in Brazil, China, Russia, West
Africa and Saudi Arabia, among others. WorleyParsons is
seeking an Project Administrative Advisor within its
People group and would work within the following;
Consults with client to define need or problem, Advises
recruitment for Houston. Consults with client to
ascertain and define req’s are open and requisitions
meets defined criteria, consults on requisition process
reviews and consults in order to assure quality
candidates are being submitted in a timely manner and
positions are being filled.
Consults with International Mobility to ensure accuracy
on Assignment Letters and act as the interface with the
project providing development recommendations on
mobilizations. Advises on processes in obtaining
documentation needed from candidates and project for
Visa packages. Monitor IM on progress of mobilization
and proposes means to expedite. Consults and makes
recommendations for IM Service Reports and provides
those recommendations to Client.
Analyze and Advises staff recruiters in recruiting
project critical requirements.
Advises corporate departments, recruiters, and
Recruitment Manager on the progress of hiring.
Constantly monitor the project staffing plan, to
identify the relevant functional department hiring
activities and critical needs.
Reviews analyzes and makes recommendations on progress
reports of staffing and adherence to the Hebron benefits
reporting including recommending specific solution for
reporting of sourcing and advertising.
Advises and proposes modifications to Project in the
strategic forecast of future staffing needs.
Analyzes data to determine solution for tracking and
obtaining EMS and Induction checklist.
Analyzes Retention Report and proposes facilitation the
PDAF process
Provides recommendations for Lead on working with
Project Controls to provide PAARF/PAAF information
Consults with client to define and provide project
Support with special projects as needed.
Conducts studies and surveys to obtain data

Job Requirements:
AA degree in related field or equivalent preferred. In
addition, 7+ years of related experience is preferred.
Knowledge is equivalent to that learned by attending a
general high school program plus 7+ years of similar
type job experience or less experience with a vocational
certificate or an associates degree.
Seasoned level administrative position responsible for
performing complex and varied work assignments that are
more specialized, requiring a deep understanding of
their specific area of expertise. Typically will support
senior managers or executives, with work involving
frequent visibility to high level internal and external
customers. May coordinate departmental meetings and make
travel arrangements, as needed. Positions at this level
may be required to perform involved mathematical
calculations. May have specific process or program
coordination responsibilities assigned as part of the
regular work routine.
Advanced general computer skills which may include the
ability to: Create queries and reports; complex formulas
and functions - including pivot tables, graphs, charts,
import/export of data, basic v-lookups, building word
tables, basic database management and manipulation;
creating Power Point presentations and Word document
communications from a "blank page". Advanced
understanding and ability to teach others about company
and department specific software applications, such as
EMS. Accuracy and attention to detail important. Ability
to meet deadlines and manage priorities is critical.
Strong organizational skills as well as written and oral
communication skills required including some
creativeness due to the diversity of information.
Commitment to customer service and ability to assist
others in applying knowledge and understanding in
solving functional problems within area of expertise.
Ability to maintain confidential information critical.
Routinely makes decisions that involve some independent
judgment to determine a course of action which is
consistent with established functional policies and
goals covered only by general procedures; Supervision at
this level is extremely infrequent and is typically
necessary only to understand departmental goals and work
objectives. Able to lead and/or train lesser seasoned
individuals in daily work assignments and performance
oversight. Typically will interface with departmental
staff, middle management, and outside customers.
