Assist in coordinating all site grant training and ensure the Learning Hub is adequately leveraged
Coordinate, track and report training status (enrollment and completion) at the individual and grant program level utilizing Learning Hub reporting, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Establish, organize and update manual record management for each employee in the training grant program
Monitor usage; ensure guidelines are understood, followed and maintained for grant utilization
Update project/program summary and applicable metrics
Schedule, organize and participate in regular grant program team meetings
Assess project gaps and recommend intervention activities
Manage SharePoint repositories for grant program efforts.
Assist with content presentations for various audiences
High School graduate
3+ years of experience in a program support role for large scale learning/ development programs
Ability to take direction and implement independently
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
Working knowledge of SharePoint
Experience in training, education, and/or supporting programs in employee development highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools to support learning programs.
Ability to identify and lead process improvements
