Provides administrative support in such areas as invoicing preparation (operations) and working with Shared Services, PO logs, cost accounting/ Billing, organize meetings, project work plans, monitor correspondence, and meeting minutes. Assists program and project managers, technical editors, and field personnel in the coordination of project activities such as project schedules, may interact with subcontractors on general questions or inquiries, create reports for business lines and management, assist with presentation preparation, status reporting, files, databases, and document control. Ensures that project billing and reporting deadlines are met.
