Our client, a premiere Insurance Provider, is looking for Project Coordinator to join their IT Infrastructure group in Newark, NJ.
IT Asset Manager Administrator with at least 1+ years of practical experience managing hardware and software assets. The candidate will be responsible for administrative duties within the IT procurement and inventory management function. Maintains records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for the organization's hardware and software. Minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Tracks quality throughout the product lifetime. Requires a bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision.

Experience guiding the customer to make intelligent process and technical decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to take ownership of customer issues, finding innovative ways to solve customer needs
Excellent troubleshooting skills specifically with network, server and client applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work as part of a team
Background in software support industry a plus
Ability to compose SQL statements to extract data from databases a plus
