Project Administrator
Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Project
Administrator for a reputable company located in
Columbia, SC. The Project Admin shall generally be
responsible for assisting with planning, scheduling,
assisting with estimating and maintaining documentation
on assigned projects. The Project Administrator will
work with the Project Manager, Project Superintendent or
General Manager to define the requirements for each
project. The Project Administrator shall maintain
appropriate relationships with client contacts in order
to assure their satisfaction with work performed.
Job Description
  • Assist in the planning, organizing, and scheduling of
activities relating to Management of projects including
budgeting, control of purchasing, profit projection,
change order processing, scheduling with field and
customer personnel, and document control
  • Manage work order system for performing small projects
as assigned
  • Assist in Management of Employee Training Projects and
associated record keeping
  • Assist Business Development department with creation
and production of project proposal books and project
presentation information for project interviews
  • Responsible for development of project specific
Pre-Qualification materials and responses for customers
  • Assist Project Managers in the provision of estimates,
for projects and change orders, as required to meet
company schedules
  • Maintain relationships with others in the organization
so to provide for a positive work climate
  • Proficient with computer spreadsheets (MS Excel), word
processing programs (MS Word), and project scheduling
software (MS Project, CONEST, etc)
  • Administer directives as assigned
  • Assume other duties, including support of the Office
Administrator, as directed by appropriate authorities

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or degree in technical field,
Business Management, or equivalent work experience
  • Two years of operational experience, with emphasis on
construction management and project management,
primarily in commercial electrical work
