Position Summary

The Grainger Project Coordinator role is to assist sales and operations efforts to support Grainger. The primary focus is to interact with Grainger’s team to provide visibility and details on existing orders, forecasts, operations updates and analytics related to CribMaster’s (CM) performance to Grainger. The position will coordinate directly with many different departments within CM. The role reports directly to the Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) for Grainger and is part of the overall Sales organization.

Essential Job Functions
·


Support Grainger sales by coordinating resources within various departments at CM working directly with the DSA.

Responsible for developing and maintaining reports to assist in sales such as forecasts, order progress, shipments, implementation and other operational reports requested by Grainger.

Participate in regularly scheduled meetings to report out on CM performance. Will often be the lead person from CM during these meetings.

Assist with launching new products, implementing new strategies and coordinating operational systems/resources determined Grainger and DSA.
·
Coordinates with Inside Sales Reps, Sales Order Coordinators, Operations & Sales Admin to ensure customer orders are built and delivered accurately.
·
Provide basic customer service; assisting in problem solving related to sales.
·
Regularly communicates with DSA and sales leadership on performance, issues and opportunities related to Grainger.
