se 2 is seeking a Project Analyst. The role of the Project Analyst is to support Program Managers with the planning, execution and finalization of projects within the expected cost and timeframe and with the expected benefits. This position reports to the se 2 PMO Leader.


· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team

· Identify and remove roadblocks at all levels of the organization

· Manage monthly data extract process, including analysis and follow-up on any issues or concerns

· Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications :

· Bachelor ‘s degree in business or a related field

· Demonstrated experience with Agile or other project management methodologies

· Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all levels of internal and external organizations

· Proven ability to drive existing process and take ownership of process improvements and efficiencies (identify, document and implement)

· Positive attitude, averse to the status quo, always looking to improve current processes and procedures

· Excellent management skills to coordinate with matrixed teams, clients and project stakeholders

· Business Process Outsourcing, Financial services and/or asset management experience preferred

· Demonstrated Risk Management and Quality management skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

· Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment

· Ability to travel a minimum of 20% percent of the time
