Supervise team of professional project assistants, department assistants and document controllers. Schedule and manage staff to meet divisional workload requirements. Mentor and develop staff. Provide performance feedback and reviews. Coordinate project assistant staff activities with Project Managers and Division Management. Provide leadership to enhance processes and procedures to leverage talents of project assistant staff. Also responsible to perform the role of project assistant on select projects. This may include typing correspondence, tracking schedules, working with budgets, managing documents, preparing meeting minutes, verifying invoices and other miscellaneous clerical duties.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent. Minimum ten years office/clerical experience. An advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
