The fast growing Nondestructive Examination group is seeking a detail oriented and organized Project Assistant who takes pride in his/her work.
Processing of documents, reports, and financial summaries, including the creation, editing, copying and/or mailing of said documentation.
Maintaining office supplies.
Answer incoming telephone calls.
Working with the Operations Supervisor in scheduling personnel to meet our client''s needs and demands.
Assist the project managers by initializing proposals (when necessary) and performing computer input for project set up.
Assist with day-to-day project management responsibilities as well as perform the responsibilities of a project manager with routine and small projects. Process and maintain project files, including archiving and closed file retrieval.
Must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks efficiently and simultaneously with minimal supervision. Must must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Typing, transcribing and computer applications are to be performed at a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Associate's Degree and 2+ years related experience
