The Project Assistant will provide you a great opportunity to partner at all levels throughout the enterprise. While providing support for the PMO, you will have interaction with critical stakeholders and exposure to key projects that drive our business.

The Project Assistant's main responsibilities include participating in project kick-offs, project status and lessons learned meetings; updating and maintaining project documentation (including issues, risks and change request logs); and performing content management activities and financial status reporting. The Project Assistant also compiles and processes metrics; maintains methodology documentation; updates Clarity; publishes to SharePoint; creates WBS elements in SAP and time codes in the Mainframe.

The Project Assistant provides assistance with the Portfolio Management process including system administration, reporting and user support. The position will also assist with coordinating meetings including preparation of meeting agendas and notes, and provide office management functions, calendar management, file management, and website maintenance as needed.

In addition, the Project Assistant may occasionally be required to manage small projects and perform requirements elicitation activities. This includes performing business analysis and process analysis functions based on demand and staffing needs.

The Project Assistant position is located at our Corporate headquarters in Middleton and limited travel may be required.
