Technology Sector Irvine CA 12 Month Contract Project Coordinator Key interface to internal departments such as Supply Chain Order Management Distribution and Traffic during the initiation planning executing and closing phases and may also interface with external clients as deemed appropriate per project The Project Coordinator is responsible for insuring all devices are ordered entered into the order management system dropped to the warehouse for pick and shipment shipped and delivered according to the project plan as well as assisting with the asset reconciliation of every device that is shipped and installed The project coordinator may also schedule technicians for deployments as required by the project Duties and Responsibilities Assists Project Manager in all phases of Implementation Responsible for ensuring all hardware orders are placed and tracked to delivery Is the Project Manager (PM) Project Coordinator (PC) team’s direct link to all administrative and support processes Place all required hardware orders Is the PMPC team lead in order processing order management delivery scheduling and Business Operations interface for asset acceptance and asset upload files Monitors established time frames for product delivery as well as the process and progress of schedules to ensure that project deliverables are met Maintains open lines of communication with clients to ensure engagement adheres to schedule as appropriate for each project Provides accurate and timely information to management on the performance measurement quality assurance and customer satisfaction areas of the project as directed by the PM (delivery timeliness technician availability as examples) Documents all meeting data as appropriate provides regular status reports to all team members client and internal management as directed by the PM Qualifications 2+ years experience preferred in hardware deployments including order management and logistics experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Excel MS Project Word PowerPoint Visio Experience with JD Edwards a plus Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills and customer service skills Detail oriented Selfstarter Education Bachelors Degree preferred please email your updated resume to spariharaimiccom please confirm ALL of the following Your full legal name your minimum required salary or hourly w2 rate for this project Work Authorization statusCitizen Perm Resident EAD End Date for most recent work Current Location Skype ID Availability for InterviewBest Phone NumberDaysTimes Availability to start if offered this project Thank you Aimic is a Certified Minority and WomenOwned Business Enterprise(MWBE) AIMIC is an EVerify Company Providing Staffing Solutions for Banking Capital Markets Insurance Manufacturing Communications Media Entertainment HealthcareLife SciencesPharma Transportation Logistics Retail Consumer Packaged goods Energy Utilities Government End Clients where AIMIC IT consultants are currently providing consulting services include IBM Verizon Arcot Systems T Rowe Price JP Morgan Chase Wells Fargo Morgan Stanley BMW Financial Services Freddie Mac US Department of Commerce US Department of Labor Lockheed Martin Northrup Grumman Social Security Administration Department of Veteran Affairs US Trade and Patent Office Environmental Protection Agency DMV Virginia Community Health Systems BCBS Carefirst QBE Insurance Group American Family Insurance Farmers Insurance Consumers Energy TXU Energy ACS Amway Tyco Flo Control Ascends Project Coordinator Supply Chain Order Management Distribution Traffic Technology Sector
