A Vibrant Investment Management Firm is looking for a Project Coordinator with 1-2 years of previous business/corporate experience. Ideal candidates should be excited about working proactively with clients, are creative and innovative thinkers, and should thrive in fast paced collaborative environments. This is truly a high-exposure position that provides excellent growth potential.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a client liaison and manage client inquiries
Handle special projects
Organizing multiple deadline sensitive projects
Relationship management with vendors and consultants
Maintenance of database and filing systems
Creating various correspondence documents, as well as editing and proofreading

1 year of administrative or coordination experience in a corporate setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be detail-oriented and a self-starter
Must be adept at multitasking and work well under pressure
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook
4-year degree from an accredited college or university is a MUST
