The Organization Development Project Coordinator works independently, yet is part of a small team, on a variety of projects including administering organizational and team surveys, designing reports, planning and organizing workshops and other organization development efforts. Also responsible to develop materials for visuals as well as coordinate room design and setup . Assists with coordinating team and coaching practice meetings. Opportunity to work with businesses and employees around the company.

Skills Adaptability and ability to manage several projects at once is required; communication (both written and verbal) is critical as individual interacts with senior leaders; follow-thru and attention to detail are key. College or project education preferred.
