Job Description Objective: To assist with the development and administration of a public design competition and related programming.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the competition, including:

-Responding to competitor requests for information by providing clear, concise information on competition details

-Processing digital competition submissions: downloading, organizing, formatting, and archiving digital files

-Communicating and coordinating with project partners in order to obtain information regarding participant requests

-Updating competition website

-Coordinating printing of competition submissions for review and exhibition

-Coordinating jury review day: event scheduling, preparing meeting materials, handling catering requests

-Working with CAF staff to coordinate a June public event

-Coordinating information for internal and external marketing requests

Qualifications Qualifications:

The successful candidate will:

-Be motivated and hardworking

-Have outstanding research and project management skills

-Have outstanding communications and customer service skills

-Be detail-oriented

-Work well independently

-Possess intermediate proficiency with online research; basic proficiency with website maintenance and digital image editing
