Project Coordinator

For a General Contractor. Full-time, permanent position. Administrative/Financial.

Established General Contractor in the Vail Valley looking for a project coordinator with strong organizational skills, who is detail oriented and can respond quickly to multiple project managers, subcontractors and clients. This position supports the project teams in both administrative and financial functions relating to project documentation, enforcing subcontractor contractual requirements and reporting and billing project costs.

The Project Coordinator reports directly to project and regional managers and will work closely with both operations and accounting departments.

Essential responsibilities include the following:
Assist with issuing subcontracts and change orders and monitoring their progress
Assist with producing client change orders
Enter budgets, subcontracts, client and subcontract change orders into applicable systems
Create timely billings to clients
Develop performance status reports for Project Managers regarding cost to complete (forecast), schedule and safety.
Produce OAC meeting minutes
Ensure that subcontractor contractual responsibilities are met (timely monthly billings, insurance coverage, warranty and O&M information, etc.)
Complete other administrative duties as necessary

Strong organizational skills
Strong computer skills
Strong people and customer service skills
Construction experience is a plus
